Returns & Exchange Policy

IRAZ is dedicated to delivering complete satisfaction to our customers through the products we offer on our website, ensuring security and providing exceptional customer support. However, if you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we have the following policy in place.

Due to health and hygiene considerations, we are unable to provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. We advise you to carefully consider your choices before finalizing your order.

Order cancellation

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify that all the details of your order are accurate prior to completing your transaction.

Policy for damaged products

We take great care to ensure each product is thoroughly inspected before it is packaged. If, however, you receive a product that is damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately at customer support at +91 9971808800 or email care@irazshop.com with an unedited 360-degree video of you unboxing the item. This video must be taken at the moment you open the package and must not be altered or trimmed in any way. Please make sure to report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the product, as we will not be able to address complaints made after this period

Upon receipt of your video, we will review the issue and aim to provide a resolution within 2-3 working days. Should a return be necessary, we will organize the collection of the damaged item and dispatch a replacement. If the item you need to exchange is no longer available or in stock, we will issue you a personalized gift card or discount code for the full value of your original purchase. If you miss the scheduled pick up, you will need to ship the product back to us at you own expense.

Policy for Items on Sale

Items bought on sale or with the use of discounts and coupon codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We provide substantial discounts on our premium products, so we encourage you to select your items thoughtfully.

Policy on size issue

We do offer exchanges in ring sizes in case of size issue. However, you will have to bear the shipping cost.
